Wann und Wo? Dienstags, 19.15-20.45, Volksschule Märzstraße, 1140 (Rechter Eingang) und Samstags (Zeit/Ort wird noch bekannt gegeben).
Was brauche ich? Ganz egal, ob sportlich aktiv oder seit Jahren überhaupt nicht, ist der Einstieg ins Training für alle gewährt. Lange Hose, frisches T-Shirt und Schlapfen reichen am Anfang aus. Wir üben barfuß.

What do I need? Regardless of whether you a fit and active or looking to do something more positive for your health and life anyone can join our course and start. Long trousers, a clean t-shirt and slippers are all you need. We practice barefoot on the tatami mats.
